Ad Moves: Raul Castro Goes to McCann Worldgroup, Leaves Lowe

After 20 years at Lowe Manila, Raul Castro vacated his Executive Creative Director post and moved to McCann Worldgroup to be its Chief Creative Officer reportedly beginning this month.
